Warranty
1. All products listed in the price list are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for 18* months from the date of purchase.
2. For Lauritz Knudsen MCBs & Isolators mounted inside Lauritz Knudsen Distribution Boards, an extended warranty of 5 years is provided.
3. Defects due to faulty workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of cost at the manufacturer’s discretion.
4. Warranty does not cover defects caused by fire, accidents, poor maintenance, faulty operation, or intentional/accidental damage.
5. Damage to power electronic components like thyristors & IGBTs (due to overtemperature or over-voltage) is not covered.
6. Manufacturer is not liable for incidental, consequential, social, punitive damages or loss of profits.
7. Manufacturer is not responsible for the performance or failure of any other equipment connected to the product.
