Do the below activities on SmartShop to earn the points, top retailers with maximum points get to attend the Mumbai Indians match live at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. (All the below steps are mandatory to be eligible for the contest.)

How to earn the points?

1. RUN MACHINE – The More You Shop, The More You Score!

10 points for every ₹1,000 spent on SmartShop.

2. PREPAID WARRIOR – Pay Now, Score Big!

100 points for every prepaid order above ₹1,000 on SmartShop.

3. SMARTSHOP POWERPLAY – Extra Runs for Smart Play!

Powerplay 1: #Refer&Earn – 200 points for every retailer you refer (on their first order)
Steps: While creating an account, the referred retailer must add your Customer ID in the ‘Referred by' section on the sign-up page. You can find your Customer id in My Account>IPL Contest section.

Powerplay 2: #SmartShopChallenge – 50 points for posting an image of your SmartShop purchase & tagging us on Instagram.
Steps: Use #SmartShopChallenge & #MumbaiIndians in your post, tag us (@lauritzknudsen_switches), and share a screenshot via email on rewards.smartshop@LK-EA.com to confirm your entry.

Powerplay 3: #Review&Earn – 50 points for writing a review on SmartShop on any product page.

Important Details:

• Contest Duration: 22nd March – 8th April 2025
• Results will be announced on April 9th 2025, on SmartShop website.
• 50 winners will receive IPL tickets for themselves and a loved one, along with exclusive signed merchandise! To be eligible for the contest, all the steps mentioned above must be completed.
• 200 lucky winners who lead in the SmartShop Powerplay, will get signed Mumbai Indians merchandise.

Terms & Conditions:

• The contest is only for retailer’s segment having account on SmartShop. (KYC verified retailers)
• Winners will be selected based on the highest cumulative points earned during the contest period.
• Each winner will receive two IPL tickets and may also win signed merchandise from Mumbai Indian players based on final rankings.
• Contest runs from 22nd March to 8th April and winners will be announced on 9th April.
• In case of a tie, SmartShop reserves the right to determine the final winners based on additional criteria.
• IPL match dates and seating arrangements will be at the discretion of SmartShop.
• Announcement of Winners: Winners will be notified via email and phone within a week after the completion of the contest. The match is likely to happen in the month of April. (tentatively)
• Only the orders that are marked as ‘completed & delivered successfully within the contest period listed above in the table will be considered.
• This contest is applicable on ESP's range of products available on SmartShop eCommerce portal and purchased (invoiced) only from respective branch authorised channel partners during the contest period.
• This offer is available at select serviceable pin codes only and only for retailers with proper and complete KYC registration.
• Contest will be calculated based on the invoicing (without GST) for products listed on the eCommerce website during the contest period provided all payments are cleared as per the agreed terms with channel partners.
• Retailer should furnish the documents including invoices, stock information etc as and when required for the verification.
• The purchase from SmartShop by the retailers should be done for selling mainly to end-users.
• Retailers are responsible for providing correct personal details, including complete postal address, pin-code, mobile number, GST Number, and PAN Number in Smartshop account.
• Any special price order / project order, invoiced during contest period, will not be considered for contest.
• Reward in the contest leaflet are indicative and are for representative purpose only. The company reserves all rights to change the reward to equivalent value items and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Organisation reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any of all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or withdraw it altogether.
• Those dealing with any malpractices will be disqualified from any further contest.
• Taxes, if any, shall be applicable as per income tax guidelines and government regulations.
• The Scheme terms and conditions is at the sole discretion of the management and decision would be binding.
• Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the contestants, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Scheme for loss of actual or anticipated profit, sales, savings, use, business, business opportunity or revenue; losses caused by business interruption; loss of goodwill or reputation; or any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by the contestant in connection with the Scheme.
• The rights and obligations of the parties under this Scheme will be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to Court at New Delhi.
