To ensure the privacy and security of your order information, we’ve introduced an OTP verification step. This helps prevent unauthorized access, especially on shared or public devices.
The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address linked to your SmartShop account.
You will be asked to enter the OTP only once per session when you try to view order details. Once verified, you can continue browsing your order history without repeated prompts during that session. OTP will be valid for 5 mins.

No, this feature is mandatory to protect your data. It’s a simple one-time step per session designed to secure your order history.
Go to My Account > My Orders, then click on "View Details" for any specific order. You’ll be prompted for OTP verification if needed.
