Description
About the Product
The Lauritz Knudsen Engem 10A SP Mini MCB 3kA in White is a compact & reliable circuit protection device designed to safeguard electrical circuits from overload & short-circuit conditions. As part of the Engem series, it offers dependable performance in residential & light commercial installations.
How the Mechanism Works
This Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) operates using thermal & magnetic tripping mechanisms. It automatically interrupts the electrical supply when abnormal current flow is detected, thereby protecting connected devices & wiring systems from damage.
Electrical Configuration
Rated at 10A with a 3kA breaking capacity, this single pole (SP) MCB is suitable for medium-load circuits such as lighting & small power outlets. The single pole configuration ensures control & protection of the phase line in single-phase systems.
Safety & Protection
The MCB provides effective protection against overloads & short circuits, helping to prevent electrical hazards such as overheating & fire risks. It ensures quick disconnection during faults for enhanced safety.
• Mounting & Compatibility
• Designed for modular installation, the MCB fits easily into compatible distribution boards & Engem modular systems, ensuring efficient space utilization in electrical panels.
• Durability & Build Quality
• Manufactured using high-quality materials, the MCB offers long service life, consistent tripping performance, & resistance to wear even under repeated operations.
Construction & Design
The White finish provides a clean, modern, & professional appearance, aligning with contemporary distribution board aesthetics.
Mounting & Durability
Install on the applicable DIN rail or panel system with secure conductors, correct torque, & adequate enclosure clearance for repeated operation.
Application Domains
Ideal for residential homes, offices, & small commercial installations where reliable circuit protection is required for moderate-load circuits.
