- Only orders marked as “Completed & Delivered Successfully” within the scheme period will be considered.
- Scheme eligibility update (Effective 13th April 2026): Only Industrial Automation (IA) products qualify for the scheme.
- Invoice details must be submitted by the 2nd of every month. Delayed or missing submissions will not be accepted.
- The scheme is valid only for IA products purchased via SmartShop through authorized channel partners.
- Calculations will be based on the invoice value (excluding GST) and are subject to successful payment clearance.
- Retailers may be asked to submit GST returns and invoice copies if required for verification.
- Purchases must be strictly for resale to end-users; self-consumption is not permitted.
- Retailers must ensure their SmartShop account details (Address, GST, PAN, Mobile Number) are accurate and up to date.
