This warranty is subject to proper usage and efficient maintenance and does not cover defects arising from fire, accidents,
inefficient maintenance, faulty operation, or deliberate or accidental damage.
The warranty does not cover damage to power electronic components such as thyristors & IGBTs,
which primarily fail due to over-temperature or over-voltage. Users must take adequate precautions to eliminate such conditions.
The manufacturer shall not be responsible or liable for any special, incidental, social, or consequential losses
